Be Bold in Oratorical Action! Believe in Your Abilities!

Never be afraid to speak before experienced speakers, never be afraid to look foolish or wrong. Remember: as the speaker, you shape the rules and laws of the room, and they will listen to you if you truly convey your sincere position and believe in it.

Since most speakers, whether in politics or business, somehow convey not their own position but a position that benefits them, they do not enjoy a high level of audience trust.

How does the energetic component of communication work?

A person is not limited by their physical body. After all, we not only see but also feel. Remember how often you listen to another person, and, at some point, you stop looking at them. At this moment, you have already photographed the image of this person and it is in your memory, then you begin to tune into their energy and try to feel their strength, their confidence, argumentation, etc.

We do this not because everyone does it, but because we are not just physical talking bodies – we are much more. We now use a colossal number of invisible tools, more than we know.

Why is inner conviction key?

When working with people, in conversation, your persuasive speech, supported by effective arguments, must necessarily be backed by inner conviction and faith in these words. Then they will be effective and will make your interlocutor act, and this is the main task of a speaker – to make the interlocutor, the opponent act.

Action means any gesture or volitional act aimed at achieving a goal. This can be a word, a step, or a decision about peacemaking activity for the rest of one's life.

This is exactly the tactics used by network marketers and representatives of certain religious organizations. They believe in what they say, sincerely. Their argumentation is visual, their appeals to authority are effective, and psychological techniques work. And this is not because they use them (they don't even know them), but because they transmit this faith and strength to a person similar to themselves with enormous inner force.

How to develop oratorical skills systematically?

Your task is to take the difficult path – to learn rules and laws, they are open to you. But as in the language example, a person will speak with an accent only when they don't forget and constantly speak their native language. If they switch to the one being learned, the accent will definitely disappear.

In your case, this law works. Forget about the style of verbal position explanation that you used until today, and start acting according to a new verbal law not only for you, but for the entire world.

The true power of a speaker lies in combining technical mastery with inner conviction. Only such a combination allows achieving real influence on the audience and changing the world around oneself.
