A Rhetorical Question of Ukrainian Diplomacy
On Wednesday, March 9, trainer and founder of the John F. Kennedy Institute of Rhetoric Mykola Ovcharov conducted an open lecture at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. The lecture was devoted to public speaking, leadership development, as well as emotional intelligence.
"For members of Ukrainian diplomatic missions, it is important to effectively use every opportunity for public speaking, especially now when the world's attention is focused on our country. For this, one should carefully approach the use of professional oratorical technique, developing strategies and tactics for public speeches. Teamwork is important here," stated Mykola Ovcharov.

During the three-hour communication with diplomats, the founder of the Institute of Rhetoric presented a methodology for determining the best speakers and explained the indicators that form the coefficient of their effectiveness.
